Wel­come to the web site of The Rock Poster Soci­ety (TRPS). BEFORE USING THIS SITE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE PRIVACY POLICY and THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

Pri­vacy Policy

Those apply­ing to join TRPS, and those reg­is­ter­ing for booths at TRPS poster shows, sub­mit per­sonal infor­ma­tion to TRPS, includ­ing their names, street addresses, e-mail addresses, phone num­bers and the URLs of their web sites.

TRPS does not rent or sell its mem­ber infor­ma­tion and does not share this infor­ma­tion with third par­ties. Nor does TRPS share per­sonal infor­ma­tion regard­ing exhibitors at its poster shows, except to the extent that the names and URLs of those who have booths may be listed in adver­tis­ing and view­able by any vis­i­tor to this site. TRPS lim­its any other access to per­sonal infor­ma­tion to those mem­bers of the Board of Direc­tors who TRPS rea­son­ably believes need to come into con­tact with the infor­ma­tion to pro­vide TRPS ser­vices to those who have joined.

If anyone’s infor­ma­tion changes, he or she should notify TRPS at our con­tact page.

TRPS may update this pol­icy. TRPS mem­bers will be noti­fied of sig­nif­i­cant changes in the way TRPS treats per­sonal infor­ma­tion by a notice sent to their e-mail addresses or by a notice promi­nently placed on this Site.
