The Rock Poster Society (TRPS) was founded in 1998 by a small contingent of collectors, dealers, artists and enthusiasts. We are a nonprofit, all-volunteer (nope, nobody gets paid) organization which seeks to perpetuate and promote the long-standing relationship between music and graphic art that we so fondly call “Rock Poster Art”.

I met him through some stage labor gig, he was dressed as I'd come to see him for years to come, in a button down shirt and khakis. Good guy. Last time I saw him was at the North Regional Library in Raleigh. I was there looking for graphic novels. Cy was there reading the paper. He stopped me and we talked for a few minutes about music. For the life of me, I can't recall exactly what in regards to music, but it was almost certainly about local music. Just a good guy. And I wish that I had known him better.

If you're interested in having one of these, for free, I've got some available. Message or email. Thanks.
