Welcome to the website of The Rock Poster Society (TRPS). BEFORE USING THIS SITE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE PRIVACY POLICY and THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

Privacy Policy

Those applying to join TRPS, and those registering for booths at TRPS poster shows, submit personal information to TRPS, including their names, street addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and the URLs of their web sites.

TRPS does not rent or sell its member information and does not share this information with third parties. Nor does TRPS share personal information regarding exhibitors at its poster shows, except to the extent that the names and URLs of those who have booths may be listed in advertising and viewable by any visitor to this site. TRPS limits any other access to personal information to those members of the Board of Directors who TRPS reasonably believes need to come into contact with the information to provide TRPS services to those who have joined.

If anyone’s information changes, he or she should notify TRPS at our contact page.

TRPS may update this policy. TRPS members will be notified of significant changes in the way TRPS treats personal information by a notice sent to their e-mail addresses or by a notice prominently placed on this Site.
