There was always something soothing about Luna songs that I heard way back when and I wanted to carry some of that calm over to the poster. Not a lot of action, just the light and balloon and a starry sky. I tried here, again, to over print a color over keyline art to achieve some depth through highlights. Again, not aware of how translucent the ink might be (and because, in many instances, I was printing with fabric inks, which are very opaque since they are going on fabric) I misjudged and the yellow feels very flat. To redo it, I might make the stars and night sky be contained to the balloon itself, with a tree or two, or maybe the lamp post, nipping at the basket, which follows down to the ampersand in Dean & Britta. Also, broken record, wouldn't print this on colored paper.
